~ Security Deposits are due within 48 hours of Reservation Confirmation or the event will be cancelled.

RENTAL TIMES:
MON - FRI: 6 AM - 10 PM, 3 hour minimum rental
SAT: 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Midnight), 6 hour minimum rental
SUN: 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM, 6 hour minimum rental

CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be made in writing (Email is acceptable)

REFUND POLICY: Cancellations will be refunded as outlined below.

45 days in advance of Rental date. Full refund, less non-refundable $50.00 booking fee.
44 - 30 days in advance: Forfeit deposit and non-refundable $50.00 booking fee. Rental fee refunded.
29 - 15 days before event: Forfeit 50% of rental fee and non-refundable $50.00 booking fee. Deposit refunded.
14 days or less: Forfeit entire rental fee.Deposit refunded.
