Concert and Home Business Fair Registration Form

REGISTRATION CLOSED.

Concert in the Park and Home Business Fair: Saturday, July 20, 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM, at Commons Park (corner of Cedar Park Crescent and 27th Ave). Registration deadline: 7/15/24.

BOOTH FEE:
Businesses must be approved by the Events Committee before they can attend the event. After approval, an invoice will be emailed to the email address you submit below. Booth space will not be held until fee has been paid. Fee is non-refundable.

Submit this form to register. The Events Committee will review your request and respond with an invitation to join and invoice within 5 business days.

Resident (Member of the Redmond Ridge ROA): $25.00. Business owner must be a member of the Redmond Ridge ROA to receive this rate.
Non-Resident: $40.00
$10 discount for students under the age of 18.

RULES:

Vendors must stay set up at the event for the full duration of the event. Booth must be manned by vendor. The Redmond Ridge ROA is not responsible for any lost or stollen goods/items.
Setup starts at 4:30 PM. Vendors must be set up no later than 5:45 PM.
Vendor must bring own supplies, including tables/chairs and a canopy tent (if wanted).
There is no power in the park. If power is needed, it should be battery operated.
No parking along Cedar Park Crescent NE.
If selling food, vendors are responsible for ensuring all King County food handling codes are met. Permits (if applicable) must be submitted to the Redmond Ridge ROA 2 weeks prior to the event. CLICK HERE for a list of King County food handler permits exemptions.
