These governing documents are the declaration and articles of association and incorporation, bylaws, community wide standards, architectural design guidelines, rules, and regulations that determine rights or obligations of homeowners/renters or that otherwise govern the management of the Association. The Association’s Board of Directors shall define all governing documents.
